“get fresh”
with environmental control deodorant

environmental-control-deodorantWe all know the value of breaking a good sweat. Dermalogica’s Environmental Control System Deodorant supports this essential natural process (without it, we would die of hyperthermia or overheating!) with herbal extracts, aromatic essential oils, bacteriostats and bactericides which minimise odour by inhibiting bacterial activity, and is ideally suited for the most sensitive skins.

This roll-on stick is not an antiperspirant, which typically contain aluminium compounds to constrict the pores of the sweat glands in order to reduce sweating. Environmental Control System Deodorant offers an alternative to these products, without synthetic fragrance or alcohol which can irritate the skin especially after shaving. Essential oils of Parsley, Clove, Coriander, Rosemary, Lemon Peel, Eucalyptus and Tea Tree help neutralise the odours which are created not by odourless sweat itself, but by the pungent metabolites resulting from bacterial activity upon the lipid-laden, carbohydrate-rich secretions produced by the apocrine sweat glands.

Environmental Control System Deodorant is an invisible formula leaving no white residue on skin or clothes, and is non-irritating even after shaving. Developed with the environment in mind, we also ensure that all ingredients are from eco-safe sources and are packaged in recyclable containers. Always cruelty-free, we do not test on animals.
