This nourishing eye cream features THPE and Bugrane with optical modifiers to create a product that not only lifts and firms but creates radiance. The Optical modifiers, a technology developed by RoC® laboratiories, are based on the optical properties of light-reflecting pigments. They work to modify the orientation of light to fade out shadows. Apply daily with the fingertips, delicately patting the cream around the eyes in an anti-clockwise direction.
